Job transfer

One of the counsolors that worked with me got transfered. For a very stupid reason. I feel like it was so unfair that they did that to her because she was doing a good job. Kim, the lady that was supposed to be watching over us hasn't said anything to us about it. When we ask her how we are doing she tells us we are doing great and when we ask if she needs anything she says she doesn't and all of us do whatever we have to. So she goes to Damika, the boss and tells her that Nefi is a bad influence and is making the rest of us lazy, which is so ridiculous. She never says anything like that to us and its very two faced because with us, she says we're doing great, and then she tells Damika another thing. How can we improve or fix whatever it is she claims we're doing wrong if she never says anything to us? We play with the kids and we only talk to each other when they're napping or when we're talking about the kids or playing with the kids together. We do everything that is asked of us so I don't understand what the problem is. I feel like Nefitia was the one who was keeping the kids together and they listen to her because she's strict with them. I'm upset that she left like that because it was so sudden. More importantly its so underhanded because we knew nothing about it till it happened. I didn't even know what happened until I called her today. She likes her new job better and will miss the kids and us but not anything else. I'm selfish but I wish she didn't have to leave like that. I wish she could've stayed, at least til the end of summer.
